We believe your jewelry should shine beautifully for a lifetime. That’s why we offer our Ever After Care Service — a comprehensive repair and maintenance program designed to keep your piece looking like new for years to come.
For $280, clients can send their jewelry in for professional care & wear and tear repair as often as needed.
This service includes:
- Complimentary shipping both ways
- Full inspection and cleaning
- Repairs related to normal wear and tear, including prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating (for white gold), and clasp or chain repair
What’s not covered:
- Major damage due to significant impact or misuse
- Loss or replacement of the center stone
- Damage beyond the scope of normal wear and tear
Each piece is subject to inspection upon arrival. If we determine that your repair requires work beyond the included service, we will notify you right away. You may choose to:
- Apply your $280 payment toward the more extensive repair, or
- Request a refund less shipping costs

If the repair exceeds the scope of the Ever After Care Service (e.g., damage from misuse or major structural issues), we’ll contact you with a full assessment and options.

- Request a refund of your payment, minus shipping costs.
No — if your repair falls under normal wear and tear, all labor, materials, and two-way shipping are fully covered by the one-time $280 fee.

Yes. In fact the $280 is primarily used to ensure the shipments are properly insured both ways. Ariane Diamonds will cover the additional repairs costs.
We provide complimentary, insured shipping labels for both sending and returning your jewelry.
