Complimentary Services

Within the first year of ownership, we offer the following services at no charge:

  • Tightening of side stones
  • Prong checks and minor adjustments
  • One-time complimentary resizing (for eligible rings)

Shipping costs may apply unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Repairs and Resizing

After our one year warranty, we offer repair, resizing, and maintenance services for our values clients. Our team will provide an estimate once we’ve reviewed the piece.

Jewelry Sizing Tips & Education

Finding the right size for your jewelry is key to ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. Your fingers, wrists, and neck can change size throughout the day due to temperature, activity, and hydration, so it’s best to measure multiple times at different points in the day for the most accurate fit.

When selecting jewelry, consider whether you prefer a snug, comfortable, or loose fit, as this will influence your size choice. Additionally, your dominant hand may be slightly larger than your non-dominant hand, so keep this in mind when measuring for rings or bracelets.

The width of a ring band also plays a role in sizing—wider bands often require a slightly larger size for comfort, while thinner bands may feel looser. Seasonal changes can also affect jewelry fit, with warmer temperatures causing fingers and wrists to swell and colder temperatures leading to slight shrinkage. Ring Sizing

Determining your accurate ring size ensures a comfortable fit. Here are methods to measure your ring size:
  1. Request a Free Ring Sizer: We offer a complimentary ring sizer that you can use to measure your finger accurately. Simply contact our customer service to request one.
  2. Measure with String or Paper:
    • Cut a piece of string or thin strip of paper at least 3 inches long.
    • Wrap it around the base of your intended finger.
    • Mark where the end overlaps.
    • Measure the length between the end and the mark in millimeters.
    • Use the measurement to find your ring size on our conversion chart.

Earring Sizing

For hoop and huggie earrings, size is determined by diameter:
  • Huggies: Typically 7–9mm in diameter, fitting closely around the earlobe.
  • Hoops: Range from small (25mm) to large (50mm) diameters.

Ariane Ever After Care Service – $280

We believe your jewelry should shine beautifully for a lifetime. That’s why we offer our Forever Ariane Care Service — a comprehensive repair and maintenance program designed to keep your piece looking like new for years to come.
For a one-time fee of $280, clients can send their jewelry in for professional care as often as needed.

This service includes:

  • Shipping both ways
  • Full inspection and cleaning
  • Repairs related to normal wear and tear, including prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating (for white gold), and clasp or chain repair

What’s not covered:

  • Major damage due to significant impact or misuse
  • Loss or replacement of the center stone
  • Damage beyond the scope of normal wear and tear

Each piece is subject to inspection upon arrival. If we determine that your repair requires work beyond the included service, we will notify you right away.

You may choose to:
Apply your $280 payment toward the more extensive repair, or
Request a refund less shipping costs.
