Ariane Diamonds Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges and Store Credit
Eligibility:
We accept exchanges or offer store credit for items within 7 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original documentation and packaging.
Process:
All exchanges and returns for store credit require prior approval. Please contact our Customer Care team at returns@arianediamonds.com to initiate the process. Once approved, we will provide a Return Label to ensure proper insurance coverage for the full value of your item. Items for exchange will be inspected before acceptance. Exchanges and store credits will be processed only for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including the Ariane Diamonds box and pouch.
Conditions:
Store credits can be used toward purchases on arianediamonds.com or for customizing an existing item from our collection.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and Personalized Orders:
Items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized—including those with specific initials, lettering, birthstones, or custom sizes—are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Sale Items:
All items purchased on sale or through special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations
Made-to-Order Items:
If your made-to-order item is still in production and you have not yet received it, we can cancel the order and issue a store credit upon request.
Rings:
Due to size variations, all rings ordered online are considered special orders. If an exchange is requested or if you wish to cancel a ring still in production, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
