Ariane Diamonds Warranty & Repair Policy

At Ariane Diamonds, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime—and we’re here to support you with care and service long after your purchase.

One-Year Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery on all Ariane Diamonds jewelry against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. These are rare, but should they happen,

The warranty includes:

• Loose or lost side stones (accent or pavé)
  
• Defective or weakened prongs
  
• Uneven or unstable settings
  
• Soldering or assembly issues related to craftsmanship

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at repairs@arianediamonds.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the concern. We’ll assess the piece and advise on the next steps.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, accidents, loss, or improper care.

This includes:

• Bent or broken bands from impact or stress
  
• Lost center stones (these are typically not covered without insurance)
  
• Scratches, dents, or tarnishing
  
• Damage from chemicals, improper cleaning, or repairs by third parties
  
• Resizing or modifications done outside of Ariane Diamonds
  
• Complimentary Services (Within Warranty Period)

We strongly recommend removing your jewelry during any strenuous activity and insuring your piece through a third-party provider such as BriteCo.

Within the first year of ownership, we offer the following services at no charge:

• Tightening of side stones
  
• Prong checks and minor adjustments
  
• One-time complimentary resizing (for eligible rings)

Shipping costs may apply unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect. 

Repairs Outside Warranty

After one year, we’re still here to help. We offer repair, resizing, and maintenance services for a reasonable fee. Our team will provide an estimate once we’ve reviewed the piece.

Common out-of-warranty services include:

• Ring resizing
  
• Stone tightening or replacement (on melee stones)
  
• Polishing and refinishing
  
• Prong repair
